1. Intellectual Property Ownership

Unlike traditional agencies or offshoring vendors that retain proprietary hooks or license fees, Codemind Studio guarantees 100% intellectual property ownership transfer to the client upon receipt of agreed milestone payments. You own every line of source code, design asset, and infrastructure script.

2. Engagement Models

All development services are governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW) detailing milestone schedules, fixed-price sprint deliverables, or dedicated squad resource allocations.

3. Code Quality & Warranty

Codemind Studio provides a standard 14-day post-launch warranty on all milestone deliverables to remediate any latent bugs or discrepancies against the agreed specifications at no additional charge.

4. Governing Law

These terms and agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
